The objective of this Year 14B project was to deploy solutions for exchange of credentials data (IRP, IFTA) identified in the Credentials Data Exchange Solutions project (14-4 A). While each of the options presented were viable technical solutions, concerns as to on-going system operation and maintenance funding costs if a system were deployed and activities by states working on their respective internal legacy systems prohibited advancement of a candidate agency for implementation of any of the proposed solution.
The committee opted to cancel the deployment project in consideration of states’ inability to participate as this time.
