PROJECT MANAGEMENT COURSE

The I-95 Corridor Coalition has developed a “Project Management” course to provide Coalition members and support consultants with the information necessary to manage a Coalition project effectively.  The course is available on-line and free of charge.  The lessons of the course correspond to the four stages of the “Life Cycle of a Coalition Project.”

 
Course ObjectivesCourse Lessons

The course provides Coalition members and consultants with the ability to:

  1. Define the work plan development process
  2. Define the four stages of the “Life Cycle of a Coalition Project”
  3. Define the detail required to manage a project for the I-95 Corridor Coalition
